I have been looking for a solution to this problem also. the reason is that when you load itunes into a windows 10 pc, for some reason, the device drivers do not load into the usb serial bus controller of the device manager (win10 settings/devices/device manager/usb).. Ok i have the same problem with the apple mobile device usb driver being missing on my pc. i have windows vista 32 bit. can anyone tell me how i can reinstall just the driver???.
